2. Hosting

This website is static and hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a secure, working website). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking pixels. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

3. Videos (YouTube, two-click)

Story pages show a preview image hosted by us. Only when you click "Play video" does your browser load the player from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC). From that moment YouTube receives your IP address and technical data and may store information on your device. Legal basis: your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG); you can avoid it by not clicking. Links to Instagram and YouTube are plain links – nothing is loaded from those services until you follow them. See Google's privacy policy.

4. E-mail

If you write to us, we use your address and message only to answer you and delete them when the matter is closed, unless the law requires us to keep them (Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR).

5. Our publishing app and platform APIs

Zero Day Brief uses a private publishing tool ("Zero Day Brief Publisher") to upload our own videos to our own accounts on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads and similar platforms through their official APIs. It is used only by the operator for the operator's own accounts, offers no public login and collects no data about other users. Data accessed through the APIs is limited to our own account, access tokens and the public statistics of our own posts; it is stored only on the operator's own access-restricted server and never sold or used for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements; YouTube API use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and may complain to a supervisory authority. Requests: hello@noregret.net.
